The Monastery of San Lorenzo de El Escorial is found deep in the Sierra de Guadarrama, just a few kilometres from Madrid, (the capital of Spain) and which we shall talk about today.
Thanks to its privileged natural surroundings, the monastery and many other monuments, the village of San Lorenzo de El Escorial offers the possibility to do various forms of tourism: rural tourism, active tourism, cultural tourism, etc.
